Azure Stack Service Failover - Impact to XAG, XDH and DFV services

Please be advised of a planned upgrade to the Velonetic Azure Stack in the Primary Data Centre. As part of the change, Velonetic will be failing over the XAG, XDH (back-end only) messaging services and DFV applications to the Secondary Data Centre on Saturday 19 September 2026. The applications will remain live in the Secondary Data Centre for the duration of the upgrade process.
Services will be brought back to the Primary Data Centre on Saturday 24 October 2026.
Impact to customers The XAG, XDH and DFV services will be unavailable between 02:00 – 16:00 on Saturday 19 September 2026.
Reminder Please ensure that the XAG DR IP Address is present in any Whitelisting you have enabled in your network security.
Primary DC (Current Production) - XAG Source IP Address 159.101.236.3 # This is the address from which XAG is sending data back to customers.
