London Market - Disaster Recovery Test - 09-10 May 2026

As advised in the recent Market Communication Reference: 2026/017:

This Market Communication is to advise that a DXC Disaster Recovery Test is scheduled for Saturday 09 - Sunday 10 May 2026.

During the test, all production systems will be unavailable for processing live work. Any processing performed during the test window will not be present when production services resume. This includes CASA, CLASS, PoSH, LIDS, LORS, XCS CLASS, IMR, ECF2 (CAS), XDS, XIS & XCS Workflow, PAS Workflow, CWT/CWS (Claims Workflow Services/Triggers), APIX, PBS Query Portal, XOMP (MTBCs), Reporting Services, Messaging Gateways, and the UAT and training environments.

The Saturday 09 May 2026 production batch, message distribution services, and data delivery will be moved forward to Friday 08 May 2026. It is expected that all messages will be dispatched, or be available for collection, up until 4am BST on Saturday 9 May 2026. Processing services will resume by 7am BST on Monday 11 May 2026.
