Following the successful upgrade to DXC’s Azure Stack in the Primary Data Centre DXC will be failing over the XAG, XDH (back-end only) messaging services and DFV applications back to the Primary Data Centre on Saturday 24 February 2024.
Note: This change was previously attempted on 27 January but due to technical reasons was not completed.
Impact to customers The XAG, XDH and DFV services will be unavailable between 02:00 – 16:00 on Saturday 24 February.
Reminder Please ensure that the XAG Primary & DR IP Addresses are present in any Whitelisting you have enabled in your network security.
Primary DC (Current Production) - XAG Source IP Address 159.101.236.3 # This is the address from which XAG is sending data back to customers.
