Velonetic identified an issue with the Writeback database at 12:15 which was resolved at 13:20. the issue impacted Writeback Notify, Retrieve and Respond services. The team have taken corrective action to restore the service and we are now monitoring closely.

Please do not send any message replay requests, we are working to perform message reconciliation for the period of the incident to ensure pending messages are processed, this is expected to complete in the next 1 hour.
