The original maintenance work planned for this weekend has now been postponed to the first weekend in November. However, we do still have other planned maintenance work which will impact the XAG gateway and associated services availability this weekend.

Therefore, the XAG gateway, Writeback, and DRI services will be unavailable from 20:00 tonight 20 October until 01:00 Monday 23 October.

During this outage period, customers will be unable to connect to the XAG gateway to submit new messages and there will be no outgoing messages from Writeback and DRI.

This scheduled maintenance affected: Messaging Gateways (XAG), Repository (DRI Upload, DRI Download, DRI Search, DRI Notify, Outbound DRI), and Claims (Writeback - Claim Notify, Writeback - Claim Retrieve, Writeback - Claim Respond).
